DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

 

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the user and Metcare Travel Sağlık Turizmi Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. through the website metcaretravel.com.

1. Parties

Buyer: Any natural or legal person who submits a service request via the website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding health tourism consultancy, organization, and patient coordination services requested by the Buyer.

3. Nature of the Service

Metcare Travel Sağlık Turizmi Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. does not provide medical treatment. The Company provides consultancy, coordination, and organizational services within the scope of health tourism. Medical services are delivered directly by the relevant healthcare institution.

4. Fee and Payment Terms

The total service fee is determined between the parties.

A 10% deposit payment is required for the requested service. This deposit secures and fixes the package treatment price for a period of 2 (two) months.

The deposit is collected for initiating the organization process and preserving the agreed treatment price.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable distance sales regulations. However, if the organization process has commenced, reservations have been made, or planning with the healthcare institution has been completed, the deposit is non-refundable.

6. Liability

The Company is responsible only for intermediary and organizational services. All medical services are under the responsibility of the relevant healthcare institution.

7. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

8. Entry into Force

This Agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.
